DWeb Camp Cascadia's 2026 program overview

Camp is fast approaching (two weeks!) and we're excited.

This year's Camp was designed by a mix of returning and new Campers to incorporate last year's learnings, including:

  • Three days, not two. Camp opens with a relaxed Thursday evening to begin in earnest Friday morning. This means more breathing room the whole weekend.
  • Movement incorporated into core programming. Each full day there's two movement options including pre-breakfast yoga to post-breakfast slow flows.
  • Two tracks. Pre-planned morning sessions offer two content streams each day.
  • Two-day unconference. Driven by Campers, the half-day agenda is recreated Friday and Saturday.
  • Field trips. Salt Spring Island has a bounty of spots; expect to tour projects of local food systems innovators and a hike & swim in Burgoyne Bay.
  • Open Mic, DJ Night, Games Night. Flexible evening programming throughout.

See the Program page for the visual overview and a sense of the content of morning sessions, which run the gamut from food systems to cooperative models, decentralized technology demonstrations, solarpunk future visions and values-aligned business models.
