Getting to DWeb Camp Cascadia

Hello community! As the sun shines and a mild ocean breeze blows over Salt Spring Island, our global community is gathering in Germany for the DWeb camp. Here are some travel tips to Salt Spring Island.

Getting To Camp

Make your travel plans now to get to Salt Spring Island!

Registered campers will have access to a Signal group. All the communication about carpooling, late night pickups from Long Harbour and getting rides from Ganges to camp will happen there.

If you are coming to Salt Spring by vehicle, book now and consult the Travel page. There are a limited number of vehicle reservations available for transfer on the sold out ferries for registered campers.

Coming from Vancouver or Victoria with a car? Did you know that you can go to Swartz Bay and take the first-come, first-served Fulford Harbour ferry to SSI? Fulford Harbour also happens to be a quaint stop for some local flavour.

Everybody is welcome to arrive on Thursday after noon. Official camp opening is Friday so bear that in mind. Once you are done setting up your tent, if you want to help out, swing by the Volunteer Center.
