DWeb Cascadia Camp

DWeb Camp Cascadia invites the DWeb community from the Cascadia region and beyond to participate in our first regional camp!

Join 40 - 80 campers in an outdoor Canadian setting. This will likely be more outdoorsy camping than the California events.

The dates will be August 7th to 10th. Campers arrive Thursday and leave Sunday afternoon.

Cascadia camp operations crew will arrive on Tuesday/Wednesday for setup and stay til the following Monday evening or early Tuesday.

We will have:

• a local network
• power
• three meals per day that we'd cook and eat together
• shared experiences including learning, experimenting, breathing, and building together
• music, guitars or hopefully silent disco

Venue selection is underway including potentially off-grid (with respect to power/Internet/kitchen) facilities.

Note: DWebYVR node is taking the lead on organizing this event through a Canadian Open Collective Fiscal Host.
